User that Lucee service is running and user IIS or Apache or network services need the same ACL permissions group

and (t) network share? Unless you’re using pass through permissions (same user, same rights both servers)

The other issue is you have a network service user, error cache access denied, which more than likely is the JAVA stack, which has zero permissions

so modify the permissions as follows
